Not at all, I'd rather keep funds for other companies rather than adding to speculative holding in 4DX. In my opinion, this retail investor raising would have been better as an allocation based on holdings rather than apply for any amount up to $30,000 and see what happens. I have seen many companies offer options as a softener when raising funds only for the options to be worthless at the expiry date. From memory, didn't 4DX have an earlier CR at a much higher figure with options also attached - imbio? The risks outlined in the offer document play strongly into consideration of adding to current holding.
