Everyone here not participating is playing it wrong. Sell at or above the SPP price (no matter how much above) and use the funds to participate. You then get the same amount of shares you had before plus a small arbitrage, free options, and (likely) a tax loss to offset other gains you might have. Plus the company then gets the maximum amount of additional capital giving it the best opportunities going forward, paid for by whoever bought your shares (probably day traders). The CR and associated dilution is happening whether you like it or not, you might as well take advantage of it.
