$41m is much bigger and as per 4c, the company had 6 quarter worth of cash available and 6 quarter means 6 x 3 = 18 months = 1.5 years so they had enough cash to run through without this approval but obviously this announcement will support the theory in my opinion.
The key part in the announcement was that it can be performed on the existing CT scanners so doctor can start using now without a need to install new type of accessory or machines ! This applies to 4000 hospitals which is even better .. !
