There is nothing mischievous going on here IMO.

4DX list the clinical trials on their website - and it clearly states, "US trials published on clinicaltrials.gov can be viewed below."

Then the next section on the 4DX website lists the four trials published on the clinical trials website. They are easy to find, and I've listed them below.

I suspect that because the tech is FDA approved already, it's probably the case that some of these trials don't need to be registered within a certain period of first patient enrolment, unlike a new drug trial which has much stricter rules on reporting. I have no doubts they'll be published in due course, and I'm happy to defer to what is stated on the 4DX website - they wouldn't be lying about this stuff - that would be next level stupidity.

I'd be cautious in presuming that clincialtrails.gov is an up to date record of all clinical trial activity in the US. I know, for example, hospitals can wait a year before publishing the final results of a trial on the clinicaltrials.gov website. The company is a better source of up to date information on the trials IMO.
