The second ATO should hopefully be soon (enabling the National ATO), given they flagged they were working to close multiple ATO outcomes in late calendar year 2023.

Also a reminder of last week's announcement about additional language in the Appropriation Acts which may be helpful on many fronts, including getting an ATO across.

The Committee strongly encouraged the VA to adopt non-invasive FDA approved screening technologies to avoid Veterans having to go through a surgical biopsies - 4DX XV technology is the only one validated to give an accurate diagnosis of CB non-invasively (basically naming us).

It also requested a report from the VA within 90 days about how they are going on implementing the above technologies (less than 80 days left so time is ticking for the VA to have to something to show).
