Did you have Philips settlement signed off ? if not then why the F you need to sign this? where is the so called confidence gone ? to dustbin?
Absolutely bull sheet deal particularly when they had $40m+ sitting in bank that shows and demonstrate why my comment previously made the need to change (but now i say remove) CEO and also chairman !
Absolutely dumb deal at this time. this tells market we need money but it doesn't say we got a deal with Phillips !
