I think its somply yjay he's a scientist and engineer at heart... not a finance-trained sales shonk CEO like many out there and this comes through in his somewhat rough / wooden approach which I actually find to be more genuine and not "slick".

Pre IPO the guy uprooted his whole life to move to the USA on the smell of an oily rag to get this thing off the ground. He is in it for the long haul and he knows a thing or two about the sector he's in.

You can get caught up on timing and coulda shoulda woulda talk.... the software works... it adds significant value and is cheaper. It will take time to be adopted like all things medical.
