Clearly there are pro's and con's. The first issue is they have clearly told the market that $40M won't get them to cash flow break even. The second issue is shareholders now won't get a chance to participate in capital raisings. Finally it's not just one raise around the corner it's going to be a number of raisings as the company tries to finesse the raisings they will be done after major positive announcements. My preference is for a company to say..."Here's a capital raising, it's this size as it will get us to break even and we don't anticipate there will be another raising. Caveat is if your Dubber
