In a reality 4dx falls under health care section ! Healthcare sector all time high and not just that it was high today as well.
Before they justify need for ATM, they should justify what happened to Phillips !
This reminds me of an image shared by a substantial shareholder on KAR that says that the management shouldn't treat shareholder like a donkey in an image below.
They must come out and justify straight away all the mess created by untimely announcement and what actually happening to the carrot they gave last time named "Phillips deal" !!!
Importantly provide succession plan for the CEO & Chairman in my opinion.
