I work in construction on projects that are 10's of millions. When we sign a sub contractor up to deliver said project we expect a percentage of the project cost to be paid to us as an insurance against the sub contractor. I've seen it as high as 20%. So on completion we pay 120%..
im sure this exist in other industries and perhaps is what's happening here. If Phillips wants to de-risk maybe they've asked 4D to cough up some dough and that's why they can't disclose more information on it. For now...
time will reveal all, have some patience.
