Hahahah there is always an excuse I guess competency and performance only required for those wage earners putting their hard earned money into company which pays not just wages but also free share every now and then to executive.. !
how about cancelling shares of dumb management who failed to hit milestone and deliver on promise?
no one talks about it as I won't doubt if paid stock pumpers support dumbest possible timing to announce ATM facility exists on this forum.
