I dont think people realize how big a deal this announcement really is.

A minimal radiation approach to replace VQ scans, once validated, will essentially kill NM VQ scanning for acute service / emergency use.

Traditional VQ scans require radiation based contrast to be given intravenously, exposing the entire patient/mother/fetus with radiation - if it can be done with serial XRs, which have very minimal (100x less) radiation, it really changes the game in how VQ scanning is done - and alters how we would approach imaging pregnant women for PEs, for example.

Being commercialized in a tertiary healthcare system is a very big deal - a vote of confidence in the technology, and a stepping stone to this getting big.
This is something that I see myself possibly using in the future. Hence a vote of confidence from me.

At the end of the day, this company has no debt, and has > 1 year of cash runway.
