Now granted, Philips do provide 50% of the VA's imagining solutions, but they're not the only player in the game (Siemens, GE etc etc). And though I agree with you, I'm simply pointing out that we're not privvy to any details and/or negotiations had during the lead up to the teaming agreement and moreover outside of the VA, hence the non exclusivity inked in.
