I'm not down ramping nor am I trying to be manipulative, I'm being realistic...

I've been a shareholder in 4DX for arguably longer than most people in this thread, have been active in the 4DX hotcopper for years, and have seen every movement in this company.

All I am saying is, before the end of the year, if share price wont hit the $1.34 option exercise price and/or there isn't positive cash flows, there will likely be another capital raise.

But that's just my opinion based on 4DX's history as well as other company's in the small/micro cap space.

I'm still incredibly long on the stock, but just saying don't be surprised if another raise comes before year end...
