Andreas has said in the past that he wants 4DMedical to be a founder led company. Guessing he means like Microsoft, Apple, Tesla etc.
In one of his presentations around a year ago he mentioned that in the early days b4 listing he was ready to let a chunk of the company go as he had funded staff on his and his father in-laws credit card and things were tough. He was in the "final" meeting when the deal was almost done but he backed out when he found out the backer wanted to appoint an new MD.
It would have to be a hostile takeover for Andreas to let his dream go.
I'm looking forward to what Shulkin has to say on Thursday, think it's probably just a little pep talk suggested by Andreas to hopefully turn the tide on the stock price.
