Since I've been invested in 4DS, the company has shifted increasingly to an emphasis on speed and power saving over the last few years from the announcement demonstrating near DRAM speed was made. I remember many discussions about what near DRAM meant, now we finally know.
And to some 4DS watchers who have fixated on retention as the most important metric, I'm not saying retention doesn't matter, but I do think that the implication of a memory twice as fast a DRAM is far more impactful than a memory with retention twice as long as NAND. Compare the market cap of semiconductor companies in the GPU space with companies in the storage space to get a sense of the priorities of investment capital.
