The other thing is, increasing speeds (both read and write) also increases potential retention.
I.e. Blitz DRAM speed, then throttle it back to DRAM speed to increase retention if required.
Blitz the speed even more, and you have more to play with in throttling back.
As long as you operate in the DRAM window, without keeping DRAM waiting, you have a solution.
