they have yet to provide a single metric regarding retention despite it being an inherent and valuable aspect of the technology - they have specifically referenced it in announcements "retention is evident" - I've said this so many times it feels like groundhogs day but handwaving it away as "tunable" without providing ANY metrics is outright dishonest. They have a specific platform lot, with a specific tuning, being "as fast as we can make it" - so give us the retention specs AT THAT TUNING, or retract the statement "retention is evident".
its not badmouthing the company to be pissed off that they're being cagey about a metric that is fundamental to the proposition.
