It would surely be known in such a field Daz. It's not like there is a huge amount of memory makers out there, hiding, lurking in the fab world. This project has been reported on now for fourteen years approx and would have pricked up the ears of many a memory scout including out technicians, Stanford and IMEC if we weren't already working with them.
