Also if they were to release info saying retention is "x" in this particular setting, that information is easily misconstrued, and potential aquires or investors or competition for that matter may take that figure as gospel and label 4DS as having "x" retention, no more, no less.
Theyve released all the other metrics which are static numbers. definites. I 100% understand why they havent released retention data.
As far as im aware nobody else has the capability to alter metrics on a case by case basis. They would have to educate the whole market that it is infact achieveable. That takes time and money.
