The company has not discussed AI at all until this year.
Before now, we were always looking at a "niche" product that could help with energy consumption in datacentres.
Now we have something that can fill that niche AND also may be pivotal to AI in digital and analogue computing.
Talk about timing the run to coincide with NVIDIA's rise and the wider awareness of AI in the general public. If the company had pulled this off 18 months earlier, the company's story may have been very different.
