I think people have misinterpreted what he was getting at. the context I got was that they need to find a partner to understand where the chip can be applied, working with them to understand it's full potential.
they are inferring it's that new age and advance it doesn't have a device to fit in yet, but you can definitely see it's one hell of a solution to a lot of the chip world problems.
the partner is to fine tune that fit, most likely resulting in a take over from the partner I would assume.
