WBT have taped out and received first wafers at 22nm on Global Foundries FDX process
Initial testing very positive
They are not in competition to 4DS as target market for WBT is NVM Flash
4DS scaling down to 20nm is consistent with what is happening to the NVM space
These products may very much be harmonious to each other as the key players look to maximise memory and operation in the AI and broader market
