It wasn't an in depth discussion, I asked about automotive, and he replied, we weren't suitable due to high temperature vulnerability slowing us down, it was implied if we were a standalone component.
Presumably we'd need some sort of cooling, which is undesirable in automotive, I assume, and there other memories better suited (WBT?)
That was the sum of it, I understood that alongside the CPU temperature wasn't a problem, as we would be kept cool enough with whatever was being done to protect the processor.
Hopefully someone can seek clarification today.
