I have no doubt we are suitable temp wise for the intended use, as the memory part integrated with the processor or they would not be contemplating it.
As far as the manufacturing process (solder bath), we must have passed that test producing PL4.
My understanding, overheating could create proformance problems in the opertating enviroment, no issue at manufacture.
One 2 many beers, I am no longer fit for purpose on the road (or in bed). Cool me down, sober me up, good to go no worries.............
Zero concerns about temp with intended application, we wouldn't be discussing topic if we couldn't survive manufacture.
