The fundamentals here have not changed, they spell it out quite clearly this will be the last cr to the finishing line. The intros are putting their money in expecting a good return on that price. They also could have raised a lot more but didn’t, because they don’t need any more than that , this point is important as they to will not dilute the register as they themselves have plenty of skin in this game. Not much has changed here, just gotten stronger if you ask me. IMEC believe they can finish the job , as they accepted another batch of wafers, once again IMEC don’t just do that for any new technology, only the ones that they believe can change industry’s and only the ones they believe themselves can finish.
