Not really.
They have right of first refusal.
They could elect to license the technology from 4DS instead of outright acquire the company - but then they open up the possibility of another party acquiring the technology, say Samsung, and then having to pay Samsung royalties.
I believe others have a firmer grasp of the legals - perhaps they can come in over the top here and confirm / re-word.
