This presentation indicates a significant shift in 4DS strategy.
The Storage Class Memory (SCM) capability is still indicated as something 4DS RERAM can provide, but they have clearly pivoted to the AI sector. Note the reference to Intel here... this suggests that an initial product could be developed, leveraging an existing structure. Success where Optane fell short?
Interesting that not much of the presentation is devoted to the variable resistance/analogue capability.
Anyway, the language in the slide is a lot more direct - "the tech is available and we see it being able to perform these functions." ie. not contingent on delivery of an IMEC Megabit Chip. PL5 and PL6 aren't even being discussed in the preso.
