Not completely dead sounds great to me.
The whole objective is to find the limits to this array compared to the last one.
The only real way to find this out is to try and kill it.
Workings within the parameters of normal industry use, and then exceed those limits.
Temperature, min and max voltage, compound the switching, etc etc etc. All to determine speed endurance retention analogue metrics.
It's been two weeks and it's not completely dead yet.
Flog it until it breaks i say.
Perception or Perspective.Take your pick.
The big boys want to know all its limits. The good, bad and ugly...
Black and white data brings the check book out. Not grey data.
Then the same for 20nm.
