i think would still be testing that, but you're right that the focus is on using this to improve how the building blocks are put together for PL6.
A metrics update from PL5 could still be released, however would only really be necessary if they have improved on PL4 metrics (improvment would be market sensitive given they marked previous releases containing metrics as market sensitive).
60nm metrics are almost a moot point now, as everyone (i.e. 4DS, imec, shareholders, industry etc...) is really waiting to see the metrics are at 20nm
