Yes - but the point is that the 4DS board, specifically Dave (whose wife ironically works in corporate communication) is failing shareholders by not communicating effectively and in a timely manner when things change.
This update we received half way through January, should have been received in the original announcement in December a month ago.
This update while providing some minor clarification, but does nothing for the shareprice or the pending CR, nor does it project what the company goals are. So once we receive PL6, assuming its successful, whats the plans in 2H 2025? Are they hoping to have a new memory controller by then? Whats the plan? Are we just hanging out until 2026 before we can fully prove what, asssuming PL6 is successful, the memory chip is capable of?
How are investors supposed to be inspired by the leadership of the company when there is a total lack of vision. The best thing about this announcement is that we know that the board are still alive.
