It's likely they can't release metrics until they release a joint statement with IMEC. That's not likely to happen until the final testing of the last iteration of the Mbchip.
At this point in time, it should be absolutely understood that the performance is good enough or IMEC and WDC would have washed their hands clean of this long ago and not be heading towards further development.
This is where the holders have to sit back and have faith in those that are making it happen.
