This would be a worthwhile exercise. Ive not previously done this. Important to look at expected market revenue for the technology also - perhaps the Optane projections are the closest. Look at the memory guy website or mkw ventures. Those guys have analysed expected market revenues for NVM. (I expect I am the only one who knows of these websites here as I've not seen them mentioned before)
