My point is why would they need control via one entity. Could have any amount of business names all linked back to the mother ship. They have been side by side with 4ds staff sharing the work load. IMEC has been the only island away from that. As far as I'm concerned listing on the ASX gave them protection from the boss and ability to trade along the way if they so desired. How hard could it really be when all the players are in the same bed ?
