This non-platform lot does sound like WD / HGST edge cases. I read it first as a 3rd non-platform lot now underway - ie clock starts again, but "analysis of both sets of wafers" is now underway" is clear enough.
The question now is will there be a 3rd platform lot while the IMEC window is still ajar or have we run out of tokens finally and someone else gets a go. If there's no 3rd platform lot then H8teys fork goes all the way in, we done. Do we need this 2nd platform lot and non-platform lot for final patents possibly?.
