You and me both. I'm yet to have that difficult conversation but it's going to happen in the next 24 hours or so.

Not going to help you at all but I'm going to give it the "they have improved the tech significantly and it's worth a lot more now but it's still not at the finishing line" type obvious spin on it but after about 4 years of her hearing similar from me it's starting to wear pretty thin. Particularly when she views it as a long shot.

I really hope it's not another year even though I can see the logic that it will be. I fear for my mental health and my marriage if that's the way this plays out. I'm a patient person and will hold because I still see an amazing end result for this company but it's difficult not to get frustrated with the (constantly) extended timescale. The AGM could be awkward and I won't be involved in any CR.
