    Cell scaling too.

    Do you or does anyone know the smallest cell nodes that can be fabricated on imec equipment ?

    I am guessing EUV is involved... which means if they are using EUV equipment we are seriously seriously bleeding edge and tiny tiny scales... could be under 10 nanometers.

    Usually memory would go from 40nm, to 28nm, then 14nm then goodness knows...
