I'd add anyone expecting a corporate transaction this side of Christmas is likely to be disappointed - such deals take months to work out - discovery of data etc etc before the letter of offer gets sent.

We are now in a holding pattern until:

- details regarding confirmation of the next platform lot are announced
- the annual report is released

Also, how 4DS intends to keep paying for all of this work that they are doing - I wouldn't be adverse to participating in a cap raise - if it goes to some insto I'd be sorely disappointed
