The error was caused by Imec a technical system fault that came in on all 23 wafers on most likly one layer. To affect all wafers is system ,that in turn is Imec and imec will foot the bill. nothing to see here , focus on what came out of it instead of what was a quickly ID system error easily solved.
THERE WAS NO MAJOR TECH HITCH to say otherwise is just bad form .
