    its almost like the announcement was tailored to confuse the market - in order for a a shake out. Someone is definitely waiting in the wings and soaking up big amounts of shares at a time. And each time the 18.5 gets hit, they keep stumping up.

    I think the smart move is to get a look at the changes in top 20 today asap
