    Agreed, I do not like speculating just looking at the facts as they are.

    -Its 4 years with IMEC in November.

    -JD stepped down as Chairman Nov 20, Drs was brought in to replace him, then 5 months later resigns as a board member.

    -He does not resign from any of his other board appointments, only 4DS.

    -He starts selling shares, and I (we) have no real gauge or indication of when/how often as 4DS ignores top 20 requests made by its shareholders.
