I think many of us our interpreting this announcement as a step in the right direction but it's like climbing a staircase in the dark... how many more freaking steps are there?
Many people are also using past timelines to interpret that we could be waiting at least another 6 months, and that will mean they'll need to raise more cash (CR).
As I said last week, there's probably a fair amount of 4DS fatigue setting in now so investors are probably cashing in their chips. Some may come back in next quarter.
