MJ the imec royalty bit is not clear to me. I read it as we will pay imec royalty if we get revenue through sale or licence but only while under the collaboration agreement.
Our collaboration is extended for a year but will be reviewed in august. Meaning collaboration and the agreement may end in August. Up to August we pay them 600k for their services.
So unless the collaboration is extended, and we would only do that if more work required (not good), then imec only get royalties if we miraculously get income between now and August. That is not even close to credible imo.
I dont see how this is payment in arrears or even that positive really. To me it seems a clause that allows them to get some cash if the tech were great and a licence partner took a position while imec kept up development.
Hate to sound negative but this is looking also not credible.
