Whilst not applicable to me anymore, the AGM voting becomes a bit more clear.
An extra 10% share allocation above 15% means one of two things: we’ll need to release more shares for capital raising to support another 1-2 years of development or we need to offer a chunk of this company to a 3rd party to support us through this rocky period.
wonder what the world would have been like without the IMEC process error sometime ago if that’s what it was ?
