yeah i believe this is the first time of royalties being spoken with licensing as per the below which has been posted with every patent update. "free from any royalties and or licensing obligations" i haven't seen it mentioned previously?

what i want to know is how does this translate into a deal, what has been offered in return to 4DS? we are still paying for their services, we are waiting 2 months before they start the next lot.

what tech of IMECs has been incorporated into ours that warrants the arrangement to the value of 8 million.

i really hope a lot of this is released at the agm or sooner with a letter to shareholders. a lot is written as "quick fixes" and issues due to errors within the testing procedure and method and not the wafers themselves?.
