Jock, agree that they have well and truly crossed the borderline with this NDA arrangement and hiding behind it as an excuse to grow mushrooms. Time that the law is applied to 4DS ,but we know that 4DS know ASX and ASIC are unlikely to pursue them in a hurry. Really sucks that they don't enforce their own law/rules and guide lines as other sovereign entities do. Opps! back to BBQ.Bite.
