@Khoutam I will try and draft something more simplified than the many pages of ASX listing rules. Jock you were on the write track with point 4.22. There is plenty of other information to suggest that " while not mentioning any names" entities are obliged by law to inform the market of certain information that is not regarded as "trade secret" Regardless of any NDA they have in place pacifically that would have a material impact on said entities valuation or securities. They would have what is called a carve out clause in place regarding NDA as so not to break the law/rules if not the ASX would impose one. Not realising chip metrics could well or is in breach of continuous disclosure requirements. Would a reasonable person say that the specifications of your laptop or say motor vehicle are a trade secret, that would be a no. As to patents,Fab processors, physics, chemistry, Kernal Sanders special herbs and spices, yep trade secrets. So pretty sure we can nail them to cough up metrics no matter what NDA they have in place.Think the've been playing the NDA card for theirs and/or other entities satisfaction. Regards, Bite .
