Have a sniff 56 and see what you think, but my gut says they are hunting nanotech (nano/forksheet) as that is the way forward.
FinFET is now and at 3nm is almost done, Imec themselves called it..
The issue with the mask I’m not sure about, but will take it on face value.
If Mott truly does scale to sub nano then stuffing around with CMOS & FinFET was always going to be a hindrance not a help..
As for the rest of the tripe trotted out in that release….. Please!hehe
And if anyone has the cash & the swingers well ya’ll know where 8tey be at right about now..
