Absolutely this Hide. That research paper reviewed re-ram sure, but not the non-filament oxygeny memory thingy type 4DS have now successfully produced.
Moose suggested Khouts may know more about the physics involved but apart from the 4DS team I'm not certain there's a whole lot of people on this planet who would be in a position to compare ours as the research team did on filamentary re-ram.
Maybe there is though? I might think I'm a tiny bit technically versed but I def ain't no physics guy, so waaaay over my head.
As to how many others have successfully developed and have experience in non-filamentary, oxygeny, re-ram memory thingies? Feel there's only one developer there.
