    Strongly disagree with comparisment . 4DS non filamentary cell is activated by applying voltage on the outside plates while ( NO current passing trough the substrate) the filamentary ReRAM cell is activated by current passing trough the substrate and chemically changing it to be ready for reading. No hard feelings thosmile.png
